Welcome to Sarah's Clean Sweep! By accessing or using our website, services, or requesting a quote, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or hiring our services.
1. Scope of Services
Sarah's Clean Sweep provides commercial and residential cleaning services, including but not limited to janitorial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and specialized disinfection.
Specific tasks, schedules, and pricing will be outlined in the customer’s service agreement or proposal.
2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided are based on information shared by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, frequency, and specific requests. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the issue date.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Clients may reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than the required notice may incur a service charge.
Sarah's Clean Sweep reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or staff availability.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include [credit card or ACH.
Late payments may incur a 2% monthly late fee or a flat charge of $25 to $75.
Sarah's Clean Sweep reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid balances.
5. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can promptly address the issue.

We will revisit the property to inspect and, if necessary, re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

Refunds may be considered only if we are unable to correct the issue through a follow-up service.

Refunds do not apply to services that were completed as described, cancellations without proper notice, or issues reported beyond the specified time window.
All refund approvals are at the discretion of Sarah's Clean Sweep, LLC management.
6. Access to Property
Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time.
If access is not available, a lockout fee may apply.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Please secure all valuables and fragile items prior to cleaning.
Sarah's Clean Sweep is not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or previously damaged.
8. Liability and Insurance
We are insured and take every precaution to protect client property.
However, Sarah's Clean Sweep is not liable for:

Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.

Items of sentimental or high monetary value not disclosed prior to cleaning.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Any claim of damage must be reported within [48 hours] of service completion.
9. Use of Cleaning Products
We use professional-grade and eco-friendly cleaning products. Clients may request alternative solutions or provide their own products upon agreement.
10. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 day written notice.
Sarah's Clean Sweep reserves the right to end services immediately if unsafe working conditions or inappropriate conduct are encountered.
11. Privacy and Data Use
Any personal information collected (such as name, email, address, or payment details) will be used solely to manage your service.
We will never sell or share client data with third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of PA, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Allegheny County, PA.
13. Updates to Terms
Sarah's Clean Sweep may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
